The refreshed Kira Design website: explore an identity before starting yours

When you are choosing a brand designer, you want to understand whether their approach fits your business. The refreshed Kira Design website invites you to explore my process, look through a complete identity concept and work out what support your own brand needs before we speak.

I entrusted the technical rebuild to Web Aloha. An Astro website now replaces the previous WordPress site. I wanted this space to reflect the same care as my design work: a considered structure, consistent details and a clear route from a first impression to a useful conversation.

See an identity working as a whole

The LUMÉA case study shows how one creative direction carries through a logo, colour palette, typography, packaging and digital communication. This is an original jewellery brand concept, presented to give you a closer look at my design approach. Images and applications let you consider the visual system as a whole, beyond an individual logo.

Use it as a starting point for thinking about your own project. Notice how a recognisable character holds together across different formats. For a small business, the practical question is how comfortably an identity will work day to day, from a small product label to a social media post.

Understand the scope before getting in touch

The services section sets out five parts of identity design: the logo system, colour and typography, graphic and photography direction, identity applications, and usage guidelines. It gives you a more concrete picture of what a brand identity involves and which materials your business may need.

If you are still deciding on priorities, start with the small business branding guide. Other articles explain strategy, colour, type and logo file formats. You can read them at your own pace and bring more specific questions to our first conversation, whether you are starting something new or reconsidering an existing brand.

The website is available in Lithuanian and English. On this article and other paired pages, the language link opens the equivalent translation. That makes it easier to share the same project or explanation with a collaborator who prefers the other language.

A lighter foundation behind the design

The homepage, articles and project presentations are prepared as static pages. These public pages no longer need a running WordPress engine, themes or plugins. Astro also keeps shared design elements and the structure of both language versions together in a maintainable codebase.

This leaves fewer publicly exposed components to protect and update. Software, account access and the separate contact form service still need maintenance. A website speed test does not establish their security.

A measured look at loading speed

On 14 September 2026, the homepage https://kiradesign.lt/ was tested twice with Google PageSpeed Insights. Desktop performance scored 99–100 out of 100; mobile scored 78–80. Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) measures when the largest visible content element appears under the test conditions.

Result ranges across both tests
DevicePerformanceLCP
Desktop99–100 / 1000.8–0.9 s
Mobile78–80 / 1004.0 s

The desktop result is strong, while mobile LCP of 4.0 seconds shows room to improve under slower connection conditions. These are laboratory tests with emulated devices, not an average of every visitor’s experience. The reports had no CrUX real-user data, and we do not have a comparable test of the previous website.

Clear information for people and discovery

Descriptive headings, direct links and ready-to-read HTML help visitors find their way. They can also help search engines and AI tools that read web content understand what each page covers. The sitemap, language relationships and structured data support that foundation. They do not promise higher search positions or mentions in AI answers; those would need to be measured separately.

When you see an approach that feels right for your business, the contact section offers a form, email and a WhatsApp link. Tell me what you are building, where you are in the process and where the identity will be used. That context is the starting point for a thoughtful design conversation.
